OUR POLICIES


We founded South Prairie T-Shirt Co. with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our store policies are detailed below. Please have a look at them and contact us if you want to learn more.

Order Minimums:

Screen Printing - 12 pc *

Embroidered hats - 12 pc *

Stickers - 50 pc

Embroidered patches - 50 pc

Buttons - 50 pc

Copyright images/ WILL NOT PRINT POLICY:

Images must be reviewed prior to being given a quote.

We reserve the right to decline service for any reason.

We will not print copyright or trademarked images without the owners consent and/or proof of license.

 This does not include artistic parodies and/or original works meant as humor/satire which fall under "artistic expression".


We will not print images or text that promote any form of racism, sexism, hatred or violence towards any group of people. 


Mockups & Approvals:

Once your order is placed you will be provided a Branded digital mockup of your merch to approve the final design and confirm placement.
An "on press" sample (image of the actual print) will also be sent to you before the garments go in for production at your request. 
Branded digital mockups (meaning our logo is on it) are provided for free with order.
  Unbranded digital mockups ( Does not have our logo on it) are $10 + gst. 

On press samples are only available upon request. 


PLEASE NOTE: On press samples require an immediate response.  

Do to the time sensitive nature you will be notified prior to the images being sent to expect and be prepared for the on press sample.
You have 30 minutes from when we send the images to approve or request any changes. 

If you have not responded within that time there are two outcomes.


1. Your screens will be taken down and you will be charged an additional screen set up fee ($20 per screen) and your order will also be moved to the next available time slot for production.  (3 - 10 days)


2.  You will not get to request any changes and we will print your order AS IS if we feel it meets the standards set out through the digital mockup.

You will likely be sent a photo prior to production, but unless an "on press sample" is requested at the time of ordering, no changes will be made or you will be subject to additional fees. 
 

Payment:

Payments are due in full upon booking the job.

Payments can be made by Etransfer 

(credit card and debit card payments can be made through paypal upon request only.)


Turnaround Times/ Rush Fees:

The goal is always as quickly as possible, but that is not always the case due to the schedule at any given time.  We will always fight to maintain 14 business days with screen-printed goods and 21 with embroidered.  But as a rule in the shop; If something can be done before the expected due date, it will.
Due dates can be set at purchasers request.
We will always strive to meet and beat deadlines, but there is no guarantees that an issue beyond our control could arise and delay production.  

Please let us know what your deadline is and we will do everything in our power to assist you. 

​Anything needed within the typical 14 day turnaround time is subject to additional rush fees. 
12-13 days + 10% of order subtotal.
10-11 days + 20% of order subtotal.

8-9 days + 35% of order subtotal.

6-7 days + 50% of order subtotal.

4-5 days + 70% of order subtotal.

2-3 days + 100% of order subtotal.
Please note that turnaround times are based on payment date and our current schedule at any given time.


Shipping/pickup: 

We will ship anywhere in the world. 

Shipping fees are calculated and sent with quotes.
Shipping times will vary depending on distance and season. 
Please note that turnaround times DO NOT include shpping times.  Please consider this when ordering to avoid additional rush feel. 

As a standard we ship CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL

Upon request we will ship with Purolator/UPS/FedEx or another shipping service.
Orders can be picked up by appointment only. 


Stock ink colours:
We do have a set of standard colours that we keep in stock. 

White. Black.  Royal Blue 286. Navy Blue 282. Yellow 122. Athletic Gold 130. Bright Green 802. Kelly Green. Purple 253. Violet. Bright red 032.  Red 185. Cool Grey 8. 

 
Upon our review of your artwork we will let you know of any colour changes/custom colour mixing needed.


All standard inks used are Wilflex Epic Plastisol inks.
Additional fees apply for waterbased or discharge ink printing. 


Colour Matching/Ink mixing:

We do offer custom ink mixing and pantone matching as an additional service. 

Pantone # can be submitted to us, or we can determine the closest match for you and gain approval prior to mixing.

$40 per custom ink mix for less than 100 garments
$80 per custom ink mix for more than 100 garments.

We will use the closest matching thread colour on embroidery. 



Custom artwork:
Any design or art customization is subject to an additional fee. 

Custom design & artwork pricing starts at $50 per hour.

Custom artwork is quoted separately from print work and prices will vary depending on the art/artist.

Please contact us with any request for custom design work. 

Image prep:

Images must be submitted at your desired print size with the PPI set to 300.  (max print size 12.5"x17.5")


Images in need or resizing or vectorizing will be charged an additional fee of $35



All sales are final. No returns or refunds on custom printed products.
